PREDICTIVE ASSET MONITORING
WEBSITE TERMS · DRAFT FOR REVIEW

Monitoring with clear boundaries.

These draft website terms explain the service boundaries. Paid monitoring requires a separate agreed service scope. An enquiry is a request for a discussion, not a purchase or subscription. These terms require approval before public launch.

Evidence, with context

Condition changes can help prioritise inspection. They do not by themselves establish a fault, predict remaining life or guarantee prevention of a failure.

Your responsibilities

Inspection, maintenance and safety decisions remain with qualified personnel and your site procedures. Monitoring is not a safety protection system.

Before service starts

The service agreement must set out the monitored assets, fees, billing, renewal and cancellation arrangements, support hours, notification expectations and data-handling arrangements. No 24/7 response, guaranteed availability or service-level commitment is made by this website.

Demonstrations and pilot evidence

Labelled demonstration data is illustrative and must not guide operational decisions. Pilot and home-test evidence applies only to its documented setup and validation limits. It does not establish an industrial baseline or prove that every fault will be detected.

Authorised use

Use only the account and site access granted to you. Keep sign-in details private and contact PamTech if you suspect unauthorised access. Customer access allows inspection of permitted information and reports; operational configuration and access changes are managed by PamTech.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies under Australian law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact PamTech using the address above about the website, your service agreement or a concern with the service.
