PamTech uses contact and account information to handle enquiries, provide authorised monitoring and reports, and support access. Demonstrations are labelled separately; use sample contact details when reviewing a demonstration form. This draft requires approval before public launch.

The enquiry form collects your name, company, work email and message. Portal records include account identifiers, assigned organisations and sites, and access and review history. Monitoring records describe registered assets, measurements and reports. Please leave passwords and sensitive personal information out of enquiries.
PamTech administrators review enquiries and manage the service. Nominated customer managers can access only their authorised organisation and sites. Information supports monitoring, reporting, account security and service support. Submitting an enquiry does not create a customer account or start a paid subscription.
When the live enquiry form is available, it saves your details privately for PamTech to review. The form does not currently send a confirmation email or subscribe you to marketing. A demonstration form saves information only in its separate demonstration environment.
Portal sign-in uses cookies to protect the login process and maintain your session. The Pause motion preference is saved in your browser. PamTech does not include advertising trackers in the application. Your sign-in provider applies its own privacy arrangements.
The private website and portal database are hosted with DigitalOcean in Sydney. PamTech also holds protected backup copies. Business email and sign-in involve separate providers. The final provider list, processing locations and any overseas disclosures must be confirmed before public launch; Sydney hosting does not mean every service processes information only in Australia.
Stored enquiries currently have no automatic deletion schedule. Account, service, security and backup records can have different retention needs. Retention periods and the process for removing eligible information, including backup copies, must be agreed before public launch. This draft does not promise immediate or automatic deletion.
Use the contact address above to request access or correction, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Describe the information or issue and the outcome you are seeking without sending passwords. PamTech needs to check your identity and authority before disclosing information or changing access. The complaint-handling process remains part of the launch review.
